Well at the moment i'm getting 99 Fletching. At the moment im level 79. I will alch the longs that I make and by the time I have finished I will have 90 Mage so from then I will keep making boews and alching till 99 Mage.

58 magic.. hmm , you can put your magic goal to like 80 ? first

nah, coz as i said alching the longs I will make from 99 fletching will bring me to 90 mage
