Hey guys.

 

 

 

My friend wanted to join Tip.It since he just found out about Runescape.

 

 

 

When he went to register it said the administrator has disabled registering.

Yes, registration has temporarily been disabled by the administrators for various confidential reasons. Hopefully it will be back up soon, but if not, your friend will just have to be patient.
