We are going to make a simple photo shop tutorial enjoy :)

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Step 1. Make a it as 300 x 100 pixels as transparent then click on filter go down and click on clouds.

 

 

 

Step 2. Click on filter , Stylize then glowing edges make the edge width 10

 

 

 

the edge brightness 20 and the smoothness 15.

 

 

 

Step 3. Filter again then click on pixelate, mosaic... then when you get on it make the cell size 5

 

 

 

Step 4. Click filter , Brush strokes , accented edges make the edge width 2 , edge brightness 38 and smoothness 5 then press ctrl+I

 

 

 

Step 5. Click on filter , blur , radial blur make it as zoom and best quality and have the amount as 40

 

 

 

Step 6. Click on layer , new , layer... keep everything the same and change the mode to colour at the bottom near hue saturation and lumionisty

 

 

 

Step 7. Click on image , adjusments , colour balance... then pick your colour then it's finished

is photoshop free or do u have to buy it?
