To capture screenshot use "PrtScn" button -> open image program (paint) and paste -> save it -> http://www.imageshack.us/ -> upload -> copy code -> paste to forums (copy forum BB code)

when you get to paint you can edit the size of the box, so i can make it just to the right size of the runescape game...like this
