Anybody know the exact time, or atleast day of the new upcoming update?

Jagex don't even know this with any accuracy (until they are actually ready to do the update)... so there's no way anyone on these forums could tell you. To ask is considered spam :(

 

 

 

Generally speaking, updates of late have typically been on Tuesdays around 12:00-16:00 GMT, but this can vary.
