I'm looking for a bank closest to woodland hunting grounds and I see Piscatoris Fishing Colony is the closest and what i'm wondering is if you need any skill levels to enter it

You need to have finished Swan Song to access the bank there i believe.

I would work towards that quest, I believe it to be the best fishing spot and thing to fish. very close bank to fishing spot and great for training on. Even if you dont do it for a close hunter bank you should work for it, its a good goal.

 

 

 

Also, there is a fairy ring really close to those hunting grounds so if you have finished, or again work towards finishing, Fairy Tale part 2 you could use the fairy ring to a close bank.

Well i've only been a member for 6 days now and I havn't got many members quest done yet and I don't have fairy rings yet (they would save alot of laws and time)

Those are definitly long term goals then for you. But very good ones to work towards. Those two quests have good rewards for them.
