2)IF you use paint, do you have to make it in avatar size, or regular size?

1) By using an image editing program the mos tpopular for windows users being MS Paint.

 

 

 

2) Yes when using paint the image dimensions must meet Tip It specifications

4)To animate an image you need software designed for that, the foremost in animation would be Flash MX, but it has a high price of 600$ USD or more, an alternative would be a simple gif animator which can be found through google searches. There are many freeware gif animators but they often result in bad quality animations with watermarks.

 

I "had" a great freeware animator without an ugly watermark but it was deleted after i obtained Flash MX so i can't provide a link.

 

(FYI, if you choose to download a freeware animator be careful and scan everything you download. There is a huge amount of malware out there.)
