Valvus Posted May 13, 2007 Share Posted May 13, 2007 You get one for free when you from Eluned when you start The Mourning Ends quest. You can also get tons of uncharged crystals by killing elves in LLetya. Eluned can charge them for a modest fee, but I am not sure if she will do that for you if you haven't started the quest.
