Im trying to get the elf cristal. Where do i get it? I talked to all the elves but none of them will sell them to me. The item guide says talk to *forgot name* or kill the elves until they drop them.

You get one for free when you from Eluned when you start The Mourning Ends quest.

 

 

 

You can also get tons of uncharged crystals by killing elves in LLetya. Eluned can charge them for a modest fee, but I am not sure if she will do that for you if you haven't started the quest.

 

 

 

Much more rarely, elves can also drop charged crystals.
