where should i get my atk up from 72? and should i get my def up some??

At your level, I'd maybe recommend the Ogres West of Yanille (good seed drops and prayer exp too).

 

 

 

If not, then maybe some of the midlevel slaying monsters that you'll hit really often i.e. Cockatrice, Basilisks etc...

 

 

 

Oh, and use a whip or d scimmy set to attack exp.
