(A script about a girl 14years old in a gang called "Fire and Chain")

 

I am 14years old my name is Liv Locland, I have fair skin and slanted eyes of dark green color, my nose is small, and so are my light pink lips that rarely smile. I am 5'5 with long arms and legs. My hair is black it reaches down to my shoulders then is cut a half in inch above them. It is cut in a [bleep]y manner and in the front I wear it in front of my face where I have died my hair red. My nails are black, and I wear converse high tops that are black with a white sole with a red stripe going around the sole. I wear a mini skirt with black leggings and my top is a black leather vest which has no sleeves. At the top my vest has a cut in the shape of a V that has holes in it so I loosely tied it with red leather. I wear a band of cloth around my left arm which is black with red zigzagged stitches in the middle of it I wear this around my arm at all times, on my right arm I wear a tattoo with a dragon that appears to be made of chains with fire coming out of its mouth.

 

(this script is about 2 days in Liv's life)

 

Day 1

 

(2:25-2:45 a.m. Liv is talking to Denzel the leader of the "Fire and Chain" gang)

 

Denzel: " Alright Liv this is your chance to prove yourself to become a full member of this gang you are a member now but this will prove you. Okay are you ready?"

 

Liv: " Yes! Anything to prove that i am strong enough."

 

Denzel: " Good, good! Now see that gas station across the street the one with a white sign and red K?

 

Liv: "Yes i see it."

 

Denzel: "Well using this he said,( pulling out an air gun which appeared to be a real gun) you will hold up the gas stations store and take everything this brief case can hold. Also you will be wearing gloves and a mask. So are you up to it? he said menacingly."

 

Liv: " Umm, yes I can do it I have the guts, she said nervously."

 

Denzel hands her the gun, mask, and gloves.

 

(2:50-3:50 a.m. She walks out of the house, she walks across the street, and the gas station is deserted to her silent joy. She slowly approaches a car passing by that startles her, she concentrates, and takes a deep breath. Maybe one of her last before she ends up in jail. She puts the mask and gloves on and she hides the gun. She walks into the store, she is more afraid of the gang she is in then anything else. She fears nothing but it, not even death. She gets ready and then yells.)

 

Liv: "Everyone get on the ground!" (she says in her voice ranges from high to deep)

 

Store Manager: "Please don't hurt us, he whines."

 

Liv: "Don't worry I don't want to be doing this dude."

 

Cashier: " Then don't! Please."

 

Liv: " Give me all the money around here and hurry!"

 

The cashier runs into the store room, the gun pointed at her back. The manager follows, Liv keeps the gun on them. Thankfully there are not phones in the store room. She shoots out the camera's which makes them lose everything that they already had taped of her. The manager and the cashier return. Liv looks at a bag stuffed with money and coins. The cashier walks over to the register opens it with a small key and stuffs all the money in the same bag. She quickly hands it to Liv.

 

Liv: " That's it?"

 

Cashier: "Yyyyes!"

 

Liv: " Alright she says as she stuffs the bag into her brief case. Give me a bag full of cigarettes, Now!"

 

A bag is filled and handed to Liv she puts it in her brief case and wordlessly runs out of the store.

 

(3:55- 4:00 a.m. she hands the bag silently to Denzel. Her first hold up was easy and successful. She was tired and thirsty. She took off the gloves and mask and ran home)

 

(that same day 7:00 a.m. she is running to school she is early and waiting outside until the school opens. A few feet away from her there is a boy about 5'6 with shaggy black and blond hair he has on converse like hers. He is wearing long jean shorts and a red t-shirt that says D.A.R.E. on it. He looks over and smiles as she turns away and keeps her head down. She looks normal on the outside but inside she is screaming, itching, and slowly dying of the pain of loneliness. She can't tell anyone who she is or what she does. Nobody can tell that last night she broke the law and held up a store. She feels like she has a chance in life still if she reaches the top of this bottomless pit. All her lifes' decisions were made out of fear: running away from home, joining a gang, holding up a store. These were her life's highlights though she was only 14 but she could not believe it.)

 

The boy: "Hey! (he says flinging his hair out of his face) my names Dakota K Davenhart I'm 15, how about you?"

 

Liv: " I am Liv Locland I'm 14."

 

Dakota: "Oh! this is my first day of school here. I like it here in California. San Diego is a great city there is so much to do here.

 

Liv: " Oh that's, um........ good for you."

 

Dakota: "You want to come to my house for dinner? My parents won't be home tonight not that it matters."

 

Liv: "Yes i am not busy."

 

(7:30a.m. school bell rings. She runs, to eat breakfast then by 8:00 a.m. is sitting down at a desk. The day goes by quickly the school bell rings for lunch then for the end of the school day. She walks out of school its 3: 05p.m. on Monday. She hears Denzel call her name. For the first time ignores him. She walks off and goes to Dakota's house. He lives in a large house in a really expensive neighborhood. They go into the house sit at the kitchen table and in silence do their homework. She is soon finished and when he is done he got up and put a frozen pizza in the oven they sat down to wait. They ate, 20 minutes later there came a knock at the door. Dakota got up and answered it she heard him talking to the person and she for a second tried to figure out who it was, then she knew.)

 

Dakota: "Hello can I help you sir?"

 

Denzel: "Yes you can. Wheres Liv?!"

 

Dakota: "Liv! Its for you."

 

Liv: "Who is it?"

 

Denzel: "You know who it is, don't you Livvy?"

 

Liv: "Yes I do."

 

Dakota: " Well come out here now!"

 

(Liv walked out there quickly and ordered Dakota inside. Its was 4:00 p.m.)

 

Denzel: "You ignored me back there!"

 

Liv: "Did I? (she was feeling unusually bold)"

 

(Denzel smacks her in the face. Liv bites her lip until it bleeds.)

 

Denzel: We have a gang war with our enemy the "Black Hart Gang," we will destroy them!"

 

Liv: "When?"

 

Denzel: "12:00 a.m. that's when."

 

Liv: "Okay, I will be there. Where is it anyway by the Barb Fence?"

 

Denzel: Yes, and for your sake do not be late.

 

(Then he turned on his heel and walked away. Liv went back into the house it was 4:15p.m., her lip was bleeding profusely but she was oblivous. She could not tell Dakota about this. Nobody could ever know. She would leave, run away from this god forbidden gang. She hated it, her mother had her when she was 13 years old, so young. Her mother had said that her Dad's grandfather was Japanese. She must have honor but she had no courage when it came to her gang. She was afraid that if she ran Denzel would find her. She had a bright red smack mark on her cheek. Dakota looked at her.)

 

Dakota: "What happened?"

 

Liv: " Nothing, I am leaving, I am running, I can't tell you but i must be free one day. But not today. I'll never be free from this cursed world its all dying like me. I will tell no one who I am."

 

Dakota: "I do not understand. Who are you? Did he smack you? What did he want?"

 

Liv: "Me. He wanted me. He always does, like the devil. I hate his guts let him rot and burn for eternity."

 

Dakota: "Those are strong words Liv."

 

(4:30p.m. She runs out of Devnel's house blindly. She runs and keeps running. She makes it to the "Barb Fence". She looks around there is a girl about 2 years older standing by it. She pulls out a gun and fires it at Liv. Liv nimbly dodges it she runs towards the girl and before she can shoot kicks her in the gut. The girl punches her once, twice, three times, then uppercuts her. Liv yells out in pain the backs up a foot, then runs right up onto the girl. She trips her and runs on top of her. Her lip is still bleeding. She punches her opponent in the eye resulting in a black eye. She runs as quickly as she can around the corner of a building and out of sight of her opponent. She is not scared any longer she knows what she must do, she runs to the police office and into the building. It is now 5:30 p.m.

 

Liv: "I am turning me and my gang in i fear no death for they will surely kill me if they get the chance but I think that not only I fear them. I can not live a life of fear forever."

 

Police Officer: " What is your gangs n....."

 

Liv: " Its the "Fire and Chain" gang sir. Tonight at midnight you will find all the members of my gang and a opposing gang called the "Black Hart Gang" having a gang war by the " Barb Fence." I sir am guilty of holding up a gas station and I took their money and many cigarettes but I can tell you how to get those back."

 

Police Officer: " I have never seen anything like this!"

 

He the arrested her and put her in a holding cell she went willingly with no trouble of hesitation in fact she was smiling. The officer the told his fellow officers about the whole episode. That night at midnight the gangs were arrested. It was 7:00 a.m.

 

Denzel: "Why did you do this?!"

 

Liv: "Let everyone here me I did this to be free from a world of fear. I did this for me and I'm free now from you. You can kill me when we get out but i fear no death, because when i am dead I am to the fullest free!

Sort of short, but it was pretty good as well. I think perhaps you could have devolped some of the people a bit better, and the characters all seemed to have the same name.
