I travelled on the boat and watched the cut screen when the boat crashed into the statue, then got off and went and talked to the librarian... and now i need to find the dwarf engineer apparently but ive been trying for 20min looked in every house cant find him!!! Where is he ? Thanks

hm..is that in keldagrim, perhaps the quest giant dwarf?

who you need for the cannon quest as well?

The engineer is the guy in the workshop on the opposite side of the river from the Consortium, I think.
