Hi,

Can someone plz plz plz tell me how to make it so that when i press 5 it high alchs?

It's called "Mouse Keys" and is accessible via your Control Panel.

It works by making the Num5 key the left mouse click. To fully utilise this, you have to move the noted items to be alched into slot number 16 in your inventory so that it is directly below the alchemy graphic when it switches windows.

This can be accessed via your Control Panel -> Accessability Options

Now position your inventory as follows....

The reason for this is that your alching item will be directly under the mouse cursor each time you click the High Alch spell. You can now just use the Num5 key with this, save you moving the mouse around.
