Mage on 5mil

i am currently 83 mage about 120k xp from 84 i want 99 but have no way of getting there apart from my 5mil i do not want to high alc to 99 as that is boring and i would take ages unless i bought the bows already made. i do not mid losing money as long as i get at least 90 mage on this i do not wish to train other skills at the moment. what would be the best of going about this without alcing i have been doing the mage training arena but that gets boring very fast. i need a fast way to 90 on a budget of 5m prefferably not alcing.

 

 

 

also i have tried all barrows that i can afford but as everyone in the world is a merchant they will not raise the amount they are willing to spend. i am sick of world hopping to try and buy nats and deaths too sell. i am willing to use skills, but they take forever. Fishing sharks at my level it takes about 10-20mins per inventory (78), making nats is too risky as all the pkers, killing green dragons is not worth the time and effort as it used to be. i was thinkin of mining rune ess but i need 10k of it for 1m. please help!
