They were not worshippers of Guthix, but fought for him. It is impossible to worship a God of Balance, because it will totally go against the belief of balance. Still, there were followers of the idea of balance. This belief spread, and took part in the great Castle Wars. One night of gruelling battle, branches with razor sharp twigs rose from the soil and water around the center fortress and an incessant humming came from the second floor. Guthixian Mages prayed from green books and held up branch-like staffs. The branches were deeply grooved and rose in a twisting fashion. The sharp ends of the branches met roughly 10 feet above the top of the fortress and closed it off from ranged attacks. holes were cut for crossbowmen to shoot at every team. This was the mission of the Guthixians,to create balance by slaughtering anyone and everyone.
