I've tried blowing glass and I have the craft level to make it but i'm not suire if im suppose to have something else in my inventory to make it. Don't ask me for what I do for fun.Anyways, what I do for fun (besides RS) is to tear up assignments I get and then try to re-create them. Valvus Posted June 16, 2007 Share Posted June 16, 2007 The lantern itself (the body) is made by smithing one steel bar. However, you don't need a lantern for this quest, only a lens, which is, indeed, made from glass. I think your problem is you look for "bulls-eye lantern"in the list of items that pops up when you use your pipe on the glass, and you should look for "Lantern lens" instead.
