I'm not trying to be mean, I really am trying to help you. You don't want to waste your time. If you want to practice, look around the web at some really successful websites, I mean like really successful ones. Study them, try to figure out what makes their design so appealing.

well, first of all, its not for a business site...maybe a gaming site a person wants to open, OR maybe a portfolio for their graphics, but cant be botehred to make a template.
