June 25, 200719 yr the mountain...hm...let me look at the quest guide. Ice Mountain is the mountain i'll assume you're talking about. It is the same mountain as the entrance of the falador dwarf mines. It is also the same mountain in which black knight castle is on. and to get the piece of map that the goblin stole, kill the goblin or pay him 10k i believe. Retired from runescape. I will be on every now and then though. :)
June 25, 200719 yr To get from goblin.....go to Port Sarim......either bring arrows or runes or if you are a member, a hally.......then kill the goblin....idk his name.....or if you don't want to kill him then talk to him about a key.....he will sell for 10k or if you kill him you can telegrab and get for free....... The Oracle is on Ice Mountain. Just use the World Map and find it. It is north of Falador Red Blade Hunters: 80+ | 70+ FA | 3+ Years
