sorry haven't done the quest, and i doubt it's happened to anyone so you might not get an answer.

pull the lever on the 2nd floor at the start of the light puzzle. it will reset the maze and ull get all ur stuff back from up to where you completed it.

 

 

 

and yes it is hard, but if you know basic geometry ull be fine
