I did dwarf cannon so i could make cballs for money, but when i finished

 

it the dwarf commander took the mould. How do i get it back? He won't

 

give it.. Will i get another one from the guy in the building above the mines?

You should be able to buy moulds for 5 gp ea from the dude upstairs at the dwarven mine.
