What do I do. I lost my research notes and cant get more, so i cant complete quest?

Just go back to the person who gave you those notes.

If that doesn't work, try repeating all the steps of the quest again. Jagex always leaves a loophole for dropped items and stuff, it is never impossible to complete a quest for that reason. It's a relatively short quest, so you shouldn't have a problem.

u should just have to go to the npc who gives the notes...i cant remember who it is tho lol
