I haven't played Runescape in MONTHS. And, unfourtunetly, I thought I wouldn't be coming back, so I gave all of my possessions and money to my friend. Now, all I have is the clothes on my back, and a few coins I swiped from a goblin. I seem to remember something called Ess Running, that I'd do when I'd need quick cash. Can somebody refresh my memory on how to do this, and where? I know it was the Air Altar, but what world? Pretty much, just re-teach my on how to Ess Run. Thanks!

World 16, air altar. Take 25 unnoted essence, trade some crafter at the altar, he will give you 2k and 25 noted essence, go to the bank, unnote essence, repeat.
