I don't know about p2p but for f2p the stronghold of security (hole at the center of Barbarian Village) is pretty good.

 

just take full inv. of trout/salmon and go the dot. There are fleshcrawlers (lvl 40) and zombies (lvl 44). They are aggressive so you don't have to attack them yourself, you only have to watch your hp and after 20 minutes (they will stop attacking you) you have to walk to the first door on the north and back and they will attack you again.

 

For me it is a good spot but my levels are lower.

 

Anyway, just give it a shot its pretty easy and you can do something else in the meanwhile. AND if you take their drops, they drop steel arrows.

 

 

 

I advise Bandits or Dagganoths.
