What is autoskulling? I tried but it didn't work. i attacked someone with my dds, turn off retaliate, and walked away, and he didnt get skulled....

You only get skulled if you INITIATE an attack on another player. That means that he could have attacked you back using auto-retaliate without being skulled. (the only other way would be to enter the abbys, which automaticly skulls you as well).
