my goal in rs is to get 70 att 90 str and 70 def

 

 

 

currently i have 70 att 83 str and 69 def

 

 

 

after i get 70 def in the next couple days, i will no longer have use for a whip to lvl and am wanting to purchase a barrows set

 

 

 

i need a tip on what armor and weapon to get

 

 

 

with about 3 mil to spend

I'd go with Torags(not full set, use scimmy) so when you train you dont have to waste alot of time/money on food. Where were you planning on trainning?

a training spot would be good tip too...

 

i pced my way from 60 to 89, and now pc is messed up and i think i need to branch out a lil

i dont think i can get dhorak for 3 mil but that was my first inclination

Well seeing that you have 70 defence or about to get it, id go trainning at Bandits Camp or Stronghold of Security (SoS) at the level 50 spiders. This place is almost never crowded and the xp there is great. Also since you have higher defence you can waste less food while getting a large amount of xp. But if you are looking for good drops , then yeah, slayer would be your best choice.
