Where's the best place to sell cooked swordfish and fire runes?

There is not much of a market for those items. For your runes try world 2 Fally, south west of the bank ; try world 18 Edgy for swordies (or maybe Varrock world 1) - or just post on the official RS forums and keep bumping your topics. :P
