Umm all you did was cut out a person out of ragnorak or used a sprite sheet and put them all into a frame... not too good sorry man also the G moves around in a circle

You can see more than one of the dude on top of eachother.

Lol, all you had to do was take an animated .gif and put it into imageready. Link all the layers and drag them onto your sig that you wanted it in...

just do like 10 or 20 more, and it get's very easy to do simple movements...

Try to have some point in animations.....

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

And make sure you cover the whole of the previous layer before adding another....

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Another tip for an animated figure is not to have them appearing/disappearing after the animation....

good job on keeping it under the size limits tho
