August 7, 200718 yr Theres's no real best place, but a good monster I liked to train on are the druids at the taverly circle. They have low defence and are easy to hit, they drop good herbs and you dont even need to safespot them since you can have protect from melee on at all times You're fighting NEXT to an altar. You can also leave range boosting prayer on at all time, enabling faster xp per hour. Quest cape obtained at combat level 83, march 07.
