is there a guide on how to unlock the new balloon flight paths? i looked everywhere

I think you need to complete the "enlightend journey" quest to use ballons.

 

So I'd look on the quest help for the "enlightend Joruney" quest.

obviously, i want to unlock the other flight paths tho, like to castlewars

i looked there. the guide makers have brain damage in not including those last parts
