You should be able to do it I did the quest at lvl 38 so just stock up on a str pot and lobbies

yea, you should be okay. i brought teles when i did it just in case, but i didn't need them. learn the safespots and use them when you need too. now that they've renovated elvarg's dungeon though, im not sure where if there are any, new ones
