Stuck in "head" portion of Giant Dwarf quest

I'm on the head portion.

 

 

 

At the beginning of the quest, I took too long with one task for the consortium, and failed to complete another. (More evidence that you really need to cheat and read the walkthroughs). Now I cannot do any tasks until I complete one for Brown Engine, and all the Brown Engine secretary will say is how disappointed he is that I failed to complete the task.

 

 

 

How do I move on, or complete the task? I don't even remember what it was.
