boffcheese3
I was told that if you were wearing full Veracs, a spell would have the effect of ignoring armour. Is this true?
bluenoser_75
When wearing Verac's armour, (and all other barrows armour, you must be wearing all pieces and using the weapon, in this case, Verac's Flail), you have a special attack that happens randomly and is not affected by your special attack bar. The "special" of full Verac's is to hit through melee protect prayer and armour. So it would be like hitting somebody wearing nothing and no prayer. This does not happen with every hit, maybe once every 6 to 8 hits. I think maybe that is what your friend was trying to tell you.
Kiriyama
Hmm way its put is like your casting magic and it ignores armour. That is a lie. However with melee attacks as long as you have full set and flail, then you can hit through armour/prayer on occasion.
