Unless I'm just really unlucky, there's been a change somewhere involving the price to take the cart between Shilo Village and Brimhaven; it's now a constant 200, and won't let you take it unless you have enough.

 

 

 

If I need a picture, I'll go try to get one, but I won't make promises (Computer Illiterate :-w )

I have just tested this and if you "talk" to him the fee varies.

 

 

 

I tried this with 20gp, 100gp, 1k and 2k in my inventory. You might have been clicking "pay fare" which is quicker but costs 200gp everytime.

 

 

 

I'll add a sentence in the guide to stop any confusion.
