August 29, 200718 yr Dear tip.it people, I was wanderin in the free world and I saw some people with a yellow, moving cape. It was like the wind made it shake a little. It just looked like a normal yellow cape, so I made myself a yellow cape, but that one didn't move. What kind of cape is it? Is it f2p and how much does it costs? Ego :boohoo:
August 29, 200718 yr Its the new animation with 2h's, the cape "flaps in the wind". Also all capes are capable of doing that so no need to buy a special cape.
August 29, 200718 yr Where they wielding 2 handed swords? The new update seems to make the capes act like that. Or maybe you were lagging? Or it could have been a glitch....
