I need in background to be picture of croatian flag,it can be any picture,just it be white and red dots.text to be Osijek JUG-2,and it should be blue. Also it can be in size soos can be big and j can be big in 2. row,other letters will be smaller and smaller... Nothing else will be nedded,no rsn or any other things just that.
