cynder Posted October 8, 2007 Share Posted October 8, 2007 Well ive been messaging jagex for weeks now trying to figure out why my credit card subscription no longer works. Everytime I go to set up a credit card payment, my card is declined. Ive called my bank and they say its on Jagex end. What I think happened was I recently moved to America, when before I was living in Australia. When you sign up for the game you click what country you are living in, and since before I was in AU i clicked AU, but that is no longer true. So what I am asking is, has anyone had this problem before? And if you have how can I resolve it? Also ive message Jagex 20 times now and they just don't help.
