Well ive been messaging jagex for weeks now trying to figure out why my credit card subscription no longer works. Everytime I go to set up a credit card payment, my card is declined. Ive called my bank and they say its on Jagex end. What I think happened was I recently moved to America, when before I was living in Australia. When you sign up for the game you click what country you are living in, and since before I was in AU i clicked AU, but that is no longer true.

 

 

 

So what I am asking is, has anyone had this problem before? And if you have how can I resolve it? Also ive message Jagex 20 times now and they just don't help.
