This is my suggestion for getting rid of spammers in the Lightning's clan chat, I think it would a good way to save the chat instead of making a new one, since this chat is used a lot by Tippers it would be good way to get less spam, if you have another way to make it better, or another suggestion I'd like that you share it.

I don't know if anyone has experienced this but in some popular clan chats there some spammers that like to come in, spam with @@@@@ or some other annoying character and leave the chat before someone can kicked them out, it doesn't take a seconds for them to post and leave.



One thing that can be done is that if Jagex fixed that the player's name stays in the chat list, or the player cannot leave the chat for at least 5 seconds after posting anything.



And some players make new accounts just for spamming, and try to evade the censor so they can insult some chat mods, and Player mods just for the fun of it since they don't care what happens to that new account.



P.S. I think this would also help Jagex by getting less reports for breaking rule 1 - flooding the chat.
