Sorry, but Jagex's current stance on selling items/accounts for real money is clear. It's prohibited by their rules, and you can get banned if you get caught. Tip.it does not condone rulebreaking either.

 

 

 

Jagex has hinted for the possibility for 'cash items', maybe they will in the future allow account sales as well, but as it is now, it's a bannable offense.
