for the first i'd say improve your mage to get varrock tele

 

 

 

and for the second i'd say improve your range to increase your hp lvl

For the start I could say that the first thing that you have done wrong is having 2 pkers. Those two could have been combined.

 

For range mauler get up ranged and strength (isn't that obvious?) and for the mage meleer-Forget about it and get up magic on your range mauler and make it be range mager meleer.
