im trying to pay by phone. i live in canada. i called the number it gave me and every time i call it says they cannot accept my call. theres no other way i can pay. what can i do to help?

Did you make sure you chose the Canadian option?

 

Made sure your typing the correct number?

 

Try using a different number, or you could try sending a text message on your cell phone. I used PaybyPhone during my first time as well. Just stay calm, and keep trying. You won't get charged as long as the call doesn't go through.

nevermind. called help line. my number is unkown and its why it doesnt work. thanks anyways
