Ok, usually when i play Runescape or when i am seeking help for Runescape by coming here, it is NEVER lagging.

Now for some reason my computer is acting up on every site.

I have a Westell modem and a belkin router.

My modem is DSL.

I already scanned my computer, defragmented, and REDID the computer(I have an extra copy of Windows XP.)

and i STILL can't figure it out.

It would be much appreciated if there was someone out there that could help me with this problem.
