This should be in tech and computers. Anyhow,

1. Find the 'firefox[Caution: ExecutableFile] file. (probably in C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\)

2. Go to Start > Run

3. Enter: "PathToYourFirefoxExeFile\firefox[Caution: ExecutableFile]" -profilemanager

Be sure to have quotes around the path, but not around the -profilemanager option. The correct thing to enter if you installed Firefox in the default directory is the following (as an example):

"C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\firefox[Caution: ExecutableFile]" -profilemanager

4. Before you click OK, close *all* open Firefox windows (don't forget the Download Manager, the Extension manager or whatever else could be open, just make sure you close *all* Firefox windows. If you want to be sure, open the Task Manager and see if there's a 'firefox[Caution: ExecutableFile]' process running. This should no longer be the case.

5. Hit OK in the Start > Run box.

6. You should be presented with a list of all your profiles, and some buttons. Select the profile you want to use, and make sure the 'Don't show this dialog again' option (it's called something like that, anyway) is ticked. Click 'Start Firefox'.

If you still have problems, ask for help or use Google.
