2 problems with rs

ok i have windows xp sp2 my pc is just normal with cable connection and norton internet security

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

first of all:

 

 

 

a weird problem i encounter is that i can only load one world. if i want to switch worlds, the screen will stay blank (grey) and thes atus bar will say either "applet is loading" or "done" it happens in both ie and firefox

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

second problem:

 

 

 

i installed sun java, but when i use sun java on ie it says i have to download activeX control (mozilla) which i had already downloaded

 

 

 

when i use anymode on firefox, it syas i have to download java too, and i wouldve had downloaded, i think this is a result of bad installation

edit: ok i tried the method of one of the stickies, when i put sun java and choose the worlds ill have to agree on downloading it, and when its downloading (knowing that i already have dowbloaded it and instaleld before) it gives me this error:

Uhh, my only answer would be that make sure you don't have both SUN javan and MS Java vm turned on. If both are on, they may be conflicting. Double check your internet settings. If you don't know how, it is stickied :wink:

now im receiving this error from sun java when loading runescape:

 

 

 

The Java Runtime Environment cannot be loaded from <\bin\hotspot\jvm.dll>

Not sure at the moment, but I will tell you never to bump on these forums, at least not while the topic is still on the first page...
