December 15, 200718 yr I was running laws last night (might as well do it now while I still can). I always take a law talisman so I can trade inside the Law Altar. Inside, the trading always goes smoothly. I take 27 pure ess and receive 27 noted ess and 27 law runes. I'm really going to miss that if it becomes a casualty of the anti-RWT crusade. Teleporting (for me) will become a luxury...only done occasionally....but I digress. Outside ithe law altar s another story. Lots of people yelling at each other to get out of the middle or telling others to quit trying to trade them. It's a madhouse; I don't know how the runners and crafters find each other. What I don't get is the people saying "Open 10" or "Open 15." What are they doing? Are those crafters trading only 10 or 15 laws? I'm clueless as I have never done law running without going into the law altar (and can't imagine having to do it from the outside). What does "Open X" mean? Is the system different outside the altar?
