Now that there is no longer PKing, is there still a world I can goto, F2P, that people will be in Edgeville and unload the fish I catch? I'm not 100% how this Bounty Hunter thing works, as I don't participate, but I just wanted to know if I have to drop them or if there was a world that people still go to.

World 25 isn't too bad, from my experience anyway.

Oh world 17 isn't too bad either.
