go_chloe Posted December 20, 2007 Author Share Posted December 20, 2007 This was the day I hit one million. I had been earning ÃÆââ¬Å¡ÃâãÃÆââ¬Å¡ÃâãÃÆââ¬Å¡Ãâã for days, mining pure ess and banking it. Using my handy calculator, I watched the numbers tick down to zero. That was when I sold them on the Grand Exchange. I had been keeping an eye on prices, and it seemed that pure ess was now worth 110gp ea. Perfect. I sold my ess and banked it. 1000k. I had done it. As you can see, I celebrated by burning some purple logs, not caring about the ozone for a bit. Now, to buy some christmas prezzies for my bffs... My next target is to train my pitiful ranging level up a bit (34) to 40. I think I'll train in PC (Pest Control) and climb up those nice big towers. If you looked carefully in pic one, of my bank, you would have seen my bolts and my crossbow. Obviously I will need to buy some more bolts, but with my new found ÃÆââ¬Å¡ÃâãÃÆââ¬Å¡ÃâãÃÆââ¬Å¡Ãâã, I can probably afford it. I'll buy 5k worth, I think... go_chloe Posted December 21, 2007 Author Share Posted December 21, 2007 Me again, this time in PC. Today marks a landmark, as I have surpassed my last total of 203 hits, to 221! If you don't believe me, take a look at my pic. My plan today is to earn 15k in PC, and this is how I plan to do it. First I use my granite maul to earn 50 hits, and then I hop up on a post to train ranging on lvl 33 defilers. This is my setup. Not as good as it could be, but not as bad either!!! go_chloe Posted December 22, 2007 Author Share Posted December 22, 2007 Goodness me, it seems i can never start on one thing and keep at it. i have to keep switching and changing. yesterday evening i started (and actually finished!!!) a treasure trail. it wasn't such a good reward though, mostly black daggers, so i wasn't very pleased when i found i'd spent more money getting to ardougne by boat than what i actually got in the end. oh well. but now i'm mining pure ess to earn cash again. i'm not sure what i'm saving for, probably xmas. perhaps i'll buy my friend some addy stuff, i'm sure she needs it. however, i won't say what i'm getting my other good friend, firebird, as she might end up reading this... go_chloe Posted December 26, 2007 Author Share Posted December 26, 2007 me again, surprise, surprise. i had a fab xmas, but now i'm back to runescape. surprise, surprise, i didn't meet my target on xmas eve, but now, on boxing day, i'm making up for it. i have to earn another 20k to be up to date. shouldn't take too long, now that pure ess has gone up to 113ea from 108ea on the grand ex. that's good news for me, but not for the rich ess buyers whose pockets i will soon be emptying. ah, it's good to be a merchant. EDIT- i love it when the teleporting to the rune ess goes wrong. that's 11 ess to me, and more cash to me. happy, happy, happy!!!
