Blue-To-Die
This has been happening, ever since I can remember. I'll be playing RuneScape ABSOLUTELY normally. Then I'll hit the Minimize button on accident or just to get it out of the way for a sec (While logged in or not) and the window will close. It happens with Firefox and IE. I can't remember if it used to do it when I played RSC, but whatever. Does this happen to anyone else? I remember hearing someone complain about this before but I can't remember what they did to fix it, if it even is fixable. There is one good thing I've learned out of this: USE THE CLIENT It never happens when I use the client you can download at RS.com in the Extra Files section. Don't flame me! I'm a noob when it comes to computers! :(
Vape
Hmm that's odd. Does the window close if you minimize it with just regular web pages open? Do you have the latest windows udpates and the latest version of Firefox? (No hannibal, I mean 1.0.3, not the latest nightly) :P Where the bloody hell are you? zonda
try hitting the windows key and "D" at the same time, it is the short cut to minimize, and see if it still closes the window then. If it does, try alt + tab ...

Sucky Extension install / JS exploit fixed :)

Sucky Extension install / JS exploit fixed :) They put both in for the following reason: Windows key + M minimizes the current window Windows key + D minimizes ANY open windows Windows key + M is simular to ALT + TAB in the sence that it will switch to whatever the last window was, and minimize the current one, however alt+Tab allows you to choose which window you want to go to, and will not minimize the current window. Wow that is a lot of 'window' *runs over to search for the word window* So yea, they all have a legtimate use  ...

The M and D tricks work perfectly and dont close the dam window, cept even after a few windows updates, the minimize button still closes the window. Not that I use Firefox or IE to play anyway. lol (client from rs.com!) A: Because they can't hang there heads out of Windows.
