Welcome!!! I have thought about this for a long time and here are some of my ideas that could make Runescape better and more realistic in nature. Also it helps scrap Real-World Trading!!!! Read On.

1. Set up a world that allows you to do player-killing in Falador, Varrock and Lumbridge.

So as to be sure, if ever you log in, you won̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢t be so surprised that other players are able to kill you. Worse, as soon as you log in, you already lost your dragon full!

Question:

Would the skilling be off in this world?

Yes, the skilling will be off for this, except for combat skills. This is to make way for alot of changes, thus, it gives more room for memory.

2. Let Falador, Varrock and Lumbridge be subjects of Saradomin, Zamorak and Guthix, respectively.

The players will be wearing their respective capes (available as soon as you register, please read No.3 for more info); Saradomin, Zamorak and Guthix to distinguish them. note: this can be interchanged. Thus, you cannot attack your clan mates.

3. Registration and Respawning.

Registration will be done by accesing the banker. Clicking on "Register for a clan", choose either" Saradomin, Zamorak or Guthix" and you will recieve your respective cape. (However, choosing a clan will enable you to pay a minimal tax for the improvement of the army. Explained in No.8)

As you log in to this world, you will automatically respawn in your respective Castles: Saradomin, Zamorak and Guthix subjects will respawn in Falador, Varrock and Lumbridge respectively. However, if you die, you will respawn back to your castle. If you wish to log in to the normal worlds, you will respawn back to where you last logged out from a normal world.

note: you can never change a clan till you die in battle, then you will be prompted to continue [y/n]

4. Stopping Real World Trading

To stop RWT from just letting themselves get killed while illegal-players pick the items they drop, items will be converted to coins and will automatically go to the enemy's "Treasure Box". Thus, no RWT will profit anything.

note: the king will not be able to open the chest, nor anyone be able to open it, as the key is untradeable; unless you have killed the king

5. Choosing the king, his role and his Nobles'

The player with the highest Combat Level, Range and Magic who registered will automatically be the King of the said clan -to protect the key from easy attacks. Also to avoid RWT from using this feature.

However, if the king is corrupt in some way, election are open to the people registered to the said clan.

Question:

What if the other players just run away and leave the king?

Once the king dies, everyone in the clan will lose their weilded items and will respawn back in their respective castles. Thus, protecting the king's safety is also like protecting yourself.

6. Objectives

Players battle and conquer each one's castle, and find out who really is superior from the rest. Players need to kill the enemy's king to get the key to the "Treasure Box", and head to thier castle to open it. Thus, the king has to be protected at all times.

Questions:

Where does the money in the enemy̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢s Treasure Box came from?

It comes from the enemies. Once you kill a player wearing a eg. a Saradomin full, the dropped items will be converted to gold coins and automatically be stored in the Treasure Box.

7. Allotment of Wealth from the Treasure Box if opened

Only the top 30 players with the most number of kills will be allotted with 80% of the wealth of the "Treasure Box",giving a larger percentage worth of coins to the No.1 player and lesser to the ones that follow. This is to encourage you to fight, and not just wait around to have your 'own' share of the loot.

Players, who at least fought in the battle, will divide the 20% of the wealth of the "Treasure Box" equally.

8. Taxes to Wars

The king will set taxes to his people to store up a War Chest -a fund accumulated to finance a war; broadly: a fund earmarked for a specific purpose, action, or campaign.

The king will then use the money to buy necessary items to his trusted nobles -to ensure his safety. However, the king will not be able to get the money for himself; he could just set people who he wants to give the items to. Example:

Also, the players who will receive them will not be able to trade them, they can only keep it until they or the king dies in battle. Thus, king has the power to improve his army, or he can choose to save the cash for future wars ahead. note: this item will only be available in this world

In addition, a king may impose taxes on other kingdoms. Thus, war can start anytime. He can do this by accessing an NPC which will serve as his messenger, by clicking eg. If you are a Zamorack king: "Set taxes to Saradomin 100gp/head" & "Guthix 100gp/head".

The other kings will be prompted of the Taxes set on their chat screen, and he will be able to reply or recieve other king's reply on his NPC as well.

In my opinion, this would be better off if it's just a really large mingame arena, rather than a whole world. Kinda like a modified version of Castle Wars.

I think it would be better implemented that way, rather than as a new world. :-w
