Is there any formula connecting the magic lvl of player, def lvl of monster, magic lvl of monster and magic defense of monster together such that over a strike of 100, it is possible to calculate average damage per turn?

 

 

 

Also, does higher magic lvl ensure a more frequent max hit than a lower magic level?

I dont know about the formula, but yes, you ht your highest mroe often with higher mage ( at least I do)
