Strange Cordinate location

I am in the middle of a lvl 3 clue when I got a co-ordinate location of 02,46 North 29,11 East. When I checked on the Tip It tool it shows the location inside the Dual Arena. I rechecked the coordinates several times to make sure it was correct. Has anyone else every get a location like this? What am i supposed to do, Have a friend challenge me to a dual and then dig?
